End-to-end ANPR and facial recognition software solutions
Gate access control software with driver verification for ports, plants and warehouses.
How ANPR and facial recognition access control works
Request - A warehouse admin raises a vehicle movement request.
Trip - The transport agent assigns a vehicle and a driver.
Gate pass - The system issues a pass for one gate and one time window.
Read - The ANPR camera reads the plate and the facial recognition camera reads the driver.
Match - Both are checked against the passes valid at that gate at that moment.
Decide - If they match, the boom barrier lifts and the entry is logged with photos. If they don't, the guard reviews the reason and makes the call.

What we build into your ANPR cameras
ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) is camera technology that reads vehicle number plates. On its own, an ANPR camera only reads the plate and can't tell whether the vehicle should be let in. We build the software that makes that decision. It holds your vehicle and driver records, gate passes and access rules, checks every plate and face read against them, controls the barrier, and logs each movement. We connect it to your ERP, WMS or weighbridge.

Vehicle and driver management
The software keeps one record for every vehicle and driver allowed on site. Each record is set up once and used by every gate.
Vehicle records: plate number, vehicle type, registration and insurance documents, permit validity dates
Driver records: enrolled face, licence details, ID documents, validity dates
Ownership: each vehicle and driver is linked to the transport agent responsible for it
Expiry handling: when a document expires, the vehicle or driver is blocked from new passes and the agent is notified, before the truck reaches the gate

Gate pass management system
Every vehicle entry starts with a digital gate pass. The software issues it against a trip and ties it to one gate and one time window.
Scoped passes: a pass is valid at the gate it was issued for, during its time window, and nowhere else
Zone permissions: control which areas of the site a vehicle may enter after it's through the gate
Blacklists and holds: block a vehicle, driver or agent across all gates with one action
Exception rules: you define in advance what happens when a vehicle arrives early, late or at the wrong gate (allow, hold for approval, or refuse)

Number plate recognition software
The camera reads the plate. The software decides what that read means.
Real-time matching: every plate and face read is checked against the passes valid at that gate at that moment
Decision with a reason: each result is recorded as allowed, held or refused, together with the rule that produced it
Unreadable plates: a dirty or damaged plate is flagged to the guard with the captured image and the likely trip, so the guard can clear it in one step instead of the vehicle being refused silently
Read-quality reporting: gates and cameras with repeated failed reads show up in reports, so you can fix the hardware

ANPR camera and boom barrier integration
The software connects to the hardware at each gate and coordinates it.
Cameras: ANPR and facial recognition cameras connect over ONVIF and vendor SDKs, including cameras you already own if they meet the gate's needs
Barriers and signals: the software sends the open-or-hold decision to boom barrier controllers and signal lights
Guard POS screen: the decision and captured images appear at the gate in real time
Local decisions: each gate runs its own copy of the access rules, so it keeps deciding through a network outage and syncs its records when the connection returns

Gate console for security teams
The gate console is the screen your guards work from on every shift.
Live decisions: each arriving vehicle, the result, and the rule behind it
Manual override: guards can allow or refuse a vehicle against the system's decision, and the override is recorded with the guard's name and reason
Evidence on every movement: entry and exit images are attached to the movement record automatically
Exception queue: held vehicles wait in one list with everything the guard needs to decide

Vehicle movement logs and alerts
Every movement through every gate is recorded and searchable.
Searchable logs: filter by vehicle, driver, trip, gate, agent or time range
Complete audit trail: each record holds the pass, the decision, images, overrides and who approved them
Alerts: SMS, WhatsApp and email to transport agents, warehouse admins and drivers for approvals, holds, refusals and expiring documents
Reports: gate throughput, exceptions per gate and overrides per guard

How we deliver it
From a site visit to a working gate.
Site assessment
We study the gate before we design anything: vehicle mix, approach speed, lane geometry, lighting and the hardware already installed. Camera placement decides read accuracy more than software does.
ANPR camera and barrier specification
We specify the ANPR cameras, facial recognition cameras, boom barriers and controllers your site needs, and supply them through our hardware partners. You deal with one team for software and equipment.
Build and ANPR integration
We build the gate pass rules, workflows and console to fit your operation, then connect them to your ERP, WMS, TMS or weighbridge. Deployment is on-premise, private cloud or hybrid.
Pilot at one gate
One gate goes live while the manual process runs alongside it. The pilot ends when the system log and the manual register agree for [X days / X movements].
ANPR camera installation and rollout
We install at the remaining gates, set access policy centrally across sites, train your security team and hand over documentation to your IT team.

FAQs
Common questions
Do you supply the cameras and boom barriers?
Do you supply the cameras and boom barriers?
We specify them for your site conditions and supply them through our hardware partners, so the system and the equipment come from one place. We build the software and own the integration.
What does an ANPR system cost?
What does an ANPR system cost?
The cost depends on the number of gates and lanes, whether you reuse existing cameras, the integrations you need (ERP, WMS, weighbridge) and the deployment model. Send us those four and we'll return scope and a budget range in two working days.
Can this work with ANPR cameras we already have?
Can this work with ANPR cameras we already have?
Usually, yes. The platform integrates over ONVIF and vendor SDKs. During the site assessment we check whether your existing cameras meet the accuracy, mounting and lighting the gate needs. If they do, you keep them.
Can it integrate with SAP, our WMS or our weighbridge?
Can it integrate with SAP, our WMS or our weighbridge?
Yes. Integration is part of the build, so each gate decision can use what those systems already know: the purchase order, the dock slot or the tare weight. At weighbridges, ANPR links each weight record to the right truck and trip automatically.
How is driver face data stored, and who can access it?
How is driver face data stored, and who can access it?
Face data is captured with consent at enrolment and kept under a retention policy you set. Only roles you authorise can view it, and every view is logged. With on-premise deployment, the data stays inside your own network.
