Custom software, built around how your business actually works
Most software makes you change your process to fit it. We do the opposite. We start with discovery, sitting with your team, walking your floor, mapping how work actually moves, then propose an end-to-end solution built around what we found.

How we work
Every build gets a clear roadmap. We'll walk you through each phase before you sign anything.
Discovery
We sit with the people who'll use the software. On site where it helps. We map the process as it actually runs, not as the org chart describes it.
Architecture and estimate
You get the technical approach, the scope, and a fixed estimate. Written by the people who'll build it, not by a sales team.
Build
Working software at the end of every cycle. You see progress continuously, not at a milestone three months out.
QA and UAT
Testing runs alongside development. Your team gets a structured window to test against real scenarios before launch.
Launch and handover
Code, documentation, infrastructure access, and IP. All of it yours.
Maintenance
Most clients stay on a support agreement after launch. The team that built it is the team that maintains it.
How engagements are structured
Different projects need different commercial shapes. Here are the three we use.
Hourly
For extra capacity alongside your own team, or work that's genuinely hard to scope upfront.
Dedicated Engineer
An engineer that works only on your product, month to month.
Fixed Scope & Price
When requirements are clear and the outcome is well defined. You know the cost before we start.
Partnerships & Certifications
Proud accreditations that keep us ahead of the rest!

FAQs
Most questions we get asked
Who owns the code and the IP?
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. All of it - source code, documentation, infrastructure access, and intellectual property, transferred at handover. We don't retain licence rights, and we don't build on a proprietary framework that keeps you tied to us.
How long does a project take?
How long does a project take?
Discovery is one to two weeks, architecture and estimate about a week, then two-week build cycles. A mid-sized platform typically runs three to six months end to end. We'll give you the real number after discovery, not before.
How do you handle changing requirements?
How do you handle changing requirements?
On fixed-scope projects, changes go through a written change request with a cost and timeline attached before we start. On dedicated-team engagements, priorities shift between two-week cycles at no extra cost, that's the point of the model. If we can see upfront that requirements will move, we'll tell you a fixed-price build is the wrong shape.
What if the estimate turns out to be wrong?
What if the estimate turns out to be wrong?
Estimates are written by the engineers who'll do the work, after discovery and architecture, not by a sales team before we understand the problem. That's how we keep them accurate. If we get it wrong on a fixed-scope project, that's on us, not on your budget.
Who actually works on our project?
Who actually works on our project?
A senior engineer leads every engagement and stays on it from kickoff to release. Junior engineers work on our projects; they don't run them. One of the three founders is accountable for every engagement.
How do you handle the timezone difference?
How do you handle the timezone difference?
We work with a scheduled overlap window with your team every day. Standups, reviews, and escalations happen inside it. Async between cycles, but there's always a live window.
Can you work with our existing system instead of rebuilding it?
Can you work with our existing system instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. Integration or incremental modernization is usually cheaper and less disruptive than a rewrite, and we'll say so if that's the better route. Rebuilds make sense when maintenance costs exceed the cost of replacement, not just because the stack is old.
