Cosmetics Manufacturing ERP Software Solutions
One system for your formulas, batches, stock and distributor network. It turns percentage formulas into kilograms for any batch size, traces every lot from the vendor drum to the salon, and releases each batch only on a tested COA.
What we build
Your plant makes bulk and prepares packaging in parallel. The two meet at filling and leave as coded, packed stock for your distributor network. Our cosmetic manufacturing software records every hand-off, from the chemical drum to the distributor who receives it.

BOM: batch manufacturing
Chemicals → Dispensing → Processing
Each ingredient is weighed against its lot, with the scale reading, the required quantity and a sign-off. Phase steps, mix times and temperature limits are recorded as the batch runs, which builds the batch manufacturing record as production happens.

Primary packaging
Bottles, jars, tubes → Washing / Sterilising → Filling
Wash cycles are logged against the packaging lot. Containers reach the filling line only after the cycle is released, so cosmetic inventory on the line is always approved stock.

Distribution management
Coding → Secondary packing → Dispatch → Distributor
FEFO picking ships the earliest-expiry lot first, and each invoice carries the lot it shipped, giving you lot traceability down to the distributor. Every super stockist and distributor orders on their own tier price list, with schemes applied when the order is entered. Their secondary sales come back into the same cosmetic ERP software.

ERP for the Chemical Industry, Across Every Process Segment
Our chemical manufacturing software uses the same process manufacturing ERP core for each segment, then adds what makes that segment different.

FAQs
Is a general ERP enough, or do I need an ERP for the cosmetic industry?
Is a general ERP enough, or do I need an ERP for the cosmetic industry?
A general ERP handles purchasing, sales and accounting properly. It won't hold a percentage formula, convert litres to kilograms by density, calculate batch yield or price a distributor scheme. Those four are the cosmetics-specific part, and they're usually what's still running in spreadsheets next to the ERP.
Can cosmetic ERP software replace our formulation software?
Can cosmetic ERP software replace our formulation software?
For the formula master, it can. That covers percentage formulas, version control, batch scaling, the INCI declaration and cost roll-up. It doesn't replace an ingredient regulatory database or R&D simulation tools. If your chemists use one, we connect it so the released formula flows into production without being re-typed.
What happens to my existing formulas?
What happens to my existing formulas?
We migrate and validate them. We standardise the units, match ingredients against a clean material master, and load them as released formulas. Then we prove them by running your next three batches through the system alongside your paper process. Anything that doesn't match shows up before go-live.
Do my distributors have to log in to anything?
Do my distributors have to log in to anything?
Only if you want them to. Without the portal, you take orders the way you do now, and the system still holds schemes, commissions and traceability. With it, distributors order on their own price list, see the scheme before confirming, and upload their secondary sales.
Who owns the custom modules?
Who owns the custom modules?
You do. They're delivered as source code with documentation, into your own repository, and they keep running on your system whether or not we're still maintaining them.
