The uploaded Purchase Order document is automatically attached to the related Sales Order in Odoo, keeping all commercial documents centralized and easily accessible for sales and accounting teams.

Payment terms for Purchase Order transactions are automatically assigned based on customer settings, payment provider configuration, or a default fallback such as Net 30, enabling seamless credit-based selling without manual effort.

The module is fully integrated with Odoo’s Payment Provider and Payment Transaction framework, ensuring that Purchase Order payments follow standard Odoo workflows for transaction handling, validation, and order confirmation.

Both frontend and backend validations ensure that Purchase Order details are complete, documents are in supported formats, and incomplete submissions are blocked, reducing errors and incorrect orders.
