With Cockroach FM, you can access an extensive collection of handpicked audio stories and films that cover a wide range of genres, from thrilling adventures to heartwarming dramas and everything in between. It is exclusively available for both Android and iOS devices.

Curation of short videos with editing, audio, and duet effects

Due to the limited availability of features similar to Instagram, we integrated img.ly SDK for video editing & for adding various effects

Duet Video Integration

Using ffmpeg sdk, compressing and merging the same video is achieved, which works similarly to creating duet reels in Instagram

Custom audio selection for short video

Allowed users to add custom audio with a selectable time frame in the audio part, which was merged with the video linearly, and we achieved the desired output

Movie downloading feature of Chromecast with Pay-per-view and subscription purchase

We’ve successfully implemented DRM Protection for Media Content & Download Feature with Chromecast. Each movie can have a Pay-per-view validating the selected number of days and a subscription with unlimited access. We’ve even added DRM videos using third-party sdk VdoCipher, which allows movie downloading in the app

Audio Stories with Chromecast - Pay-per-view and subscription

Through Chromecast, we’ve executed Play Button similar to Spotify with functionality to play with the exact location from foreground notification. Pay-per-view and subscription were achieved using multiple Flutter libraries
