Introduction

The client needed a unified digital system to eliminate manual administration of psychometric assessments. Their existing process involved spreadsheets, emails, and manual scoring — resulting in delays, errors, and poor participant experience.

They wanted a platform where:

  • Admins manage clients and assessments.

  • Clients manage participants and their tests.

  • Participants take assessments online and view results instantly.

  • Payments can be collected securely via Stripe.

  • Results are displayed with dynamic graphs tailored to age groups.

Their goal: a modern, scalable assessment engine that improves accuracy, visibility, and client experience.

The Challenge

Building a Wellness Assessment Platform required solving several complex technical challenges:

  • Designing a scoring engine that supports directional logic, multiple factor mappings, and multi-answer weighting.

  • Generating age-specific result benchmarks (Young Adult, Middle Age, etc.).

  • Supporting self-registration and client-managed participant flows.

  • Ensuring secure role-based access across Admin, Client, and Participant portals.

  • Integrating Stripe for multi-product, multi-quantity exam purchases.
